Rocker, North Bondi will be paying homage to Talisker which is the only Scotch whisky from the Isle of Skye; by hosting an initimate evening with menu designed by Stuart Toon and Darren Robertson. Stuart Proud Wine Dinner: Wednesday 15th November 2017
Rocker will be partnering with Stuart Proud who produces wines that are made with minimal intervention to truly represent the vineyard site and the season they were grown in. Proud Primary Produce wines are produced using biological and sustainable farming methods in the Yarra Valley, Victoria.
