A celebration of some of our favourite Australian producers, the Flying Duchess cocktail is the brainchild of our Venue Manager and Bar Maestro, Gus.
Zesty, tangy, and ultra refreshing, it's the perfect warm weather and festive season tipple, and takes only about five minutes to prep and create.
Ingredients (Makes One Cocktail)
40ml Four Pillars Gin
15ml Chell-Oh! Yuzucello
25ml Lemon juice
15ml Prosecco syrup
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
Shake the ingredients without ice
Add a generous scoop of ice
Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels cold
Fine strain over a coupe glass
Garnish with a lemon peel
